“The location was perfect. On "ground" level of the city. Walkable to all the shopping and sites but in a much nicer, calmer location. The hotel was very fun and unique being built within the rock wall. It made for narrow, tight stairs going up to your room though. Would not recommend with mobility issues. The room was large with a walk in shower which for 2 people would be fine we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it was tight for sleeping a few nights. More shelving in the bathroom would have……

“We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. The process was frustrating and far from smooth. That said, the apartment……

“SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. ”

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean.……
