“Very nice staff. Good vibe and service ”

“House keeping doesn't do a good job on refilling, our shower gel on the 3rd day is the last drop, the room tissue box as well, and I have to put the empty bottle and opened the empty box tissue out so the house keeping can see and refill them. So are the cups, I have to put them out on the sink so they will be cleaned on the 3rd day. On the 4th day, only 1 big clean towel and we have 3 ppl.”

“There're seven-eleven and some restaurants nearby. I wouldn't say the hotel is far away from Ikebukuro station but the station is considerably big, therefore, it requires some walking. It would be nicer if travellers know which exit to go before arrival (point to note for the hotel operator) because we only knew it's West exit but then there're still central/east/west/south exit at the West gate.

“near metro station, many food shop around the corner.”

“The wifi is so poor in room 104. Always disconnect and very slow. The beds are so thin. There was no privacy curtain for upper deck beds like other rooms. The kitchen stoves cannot be used at the same times. only 1 at a time. One microwave oven not working.”
