"Great breakfast, relaxing onsen, clean room, and courteous staff! "

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."

"This hotel is sooo good."

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"とても綺麗で居心地良かったです。 ただ、バスタブが狭く、足を伸ばせず、貯められる湯量が体全体浸かるには全然足りないのが気になりました。また、テレビを観ている最中に画面が急に"AIR PLAY“、パスコードとOKAMOTOと映し出されて中断してしまうことが二度ほどありました。お隣り？の部屋の方の携帯操作が影響？ちょっと困りました。"
