"Great breakfast, relaxing onsen, clean room, and courteous staff! "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"自分がチェックインしようとした時に前に手続きしている人が時間がかかっていました。 少し間を空けて立っていたら他の従業員が私に気付き素早く駆け寄り「チェックインでしょうか？」と声を掛けてくださいました。 そして「すみませんが少々お待ちください」と言われた。 たったそれだけのことですが従業員教育が良く行き届いていると感じこのホテルの第一印象が良くこれから宿泊することに安心感を覚えた。"

"Relaxing stay "

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
