"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"めちゃくちゃ駅前で、近くに食事したりお土産を買うところがたくさんあり、立地は抜群でした。 部屋の設備は少し古いかなと思いますが、綺麗に掃除されていてよかったです。"

"１フロア１室のペンシル型マンションの１室で、隣に気にすることなく滞在できたのは良いのですが、上層階までエレベーター無しなので、荷物が重かったり多かったり体力に不安がある方には少々辛いかもしれません。また、周囲は風俗街で、家族での滞在には向かないとも思いました。サービスはとても良かったです。対面での案内はなく、フロントも閉鎖中でしたが、こまめに連絡をくれました。"

"Good location which is not far away from the main station. Friendly and helpful staff. The common area is very comfortable with many books and travel information. Definitely will stay here again if going to Tokushima next time."

"台所リビングが2階にあります。BBQ設備あり。食器や鍋も充実した設備でした。お風呂から夕日を眺めることができるのも素晴らしい。布団の寝心地が良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクでお茶、ジンジャーエール、ほろ酔いがありましたので乾杯の際に頂きました。"
