"First time exploring Beijing and I loved it. I also loved this hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean. The area is quiet at night. If you explore the alleyways in close proximity to the hotel you will find an array of wonderful shop and local restaurants. It is a good 45-60 minute walk to the forbidden city and other sights which suited me. "Great customer service. Really nice hotel inside looks new. Customer service personnel were very nice. Did not speak Chinese but used translating application to communicate with English speaking guests. Area of hotel is close to airport. "

"There are fleas in the room; I got bitten on my arms and legs. The A/C was not working the night before we were leaving. Housekeeping did not provide sufficient amenities. Overall, I will not stay there again."
