“Hotel muito bem localizado ligeiramente afastado do centro de La Fortuna, o que faz valer muito a pena, já que é uma paisagem linda, calma e com mais passarinhos do que vimos em qualquer passeio pela região. Os quartos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis.”

“My stay at Destino Hotel was an absolute dream. The views were absolutely stunning, and the entire design of the property was gorgeous. It truly felt like paradise. Orlando was the best host, so warm and accommodating, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing and a highlight of the experience. “My wife and I loved this property. 3 adults and 2 children in our group. If you are okay with simple accommodations with great service and beautiful scenery you have to stay here. Grounds were immaculate when we arrived and we were greeted with 2 Toucans as we headed to our cabin. Tons of hummingbirds flying around. This place just felt so full of life! The hikes on the property were great. Took my 77yr old dad to the waterfall. He had no issues. We were the only ones there our first……

“This hostel is located in the middle of the city of La Fortuna and is in a fair distance to most of the attractions and excursions. the managers and all who work at the facility are welcoming and super friendly. get ready for a super fun dance night and happy hour offered by the facility team. in addition, they can schedule tours for you for a cheaper rate. we had an excellent stay!”

“Nepenthe is a gem. You need to grab this stay for as long as it stays a gem, the owners are getting older and are actively trying to sell. Make this trip, you will not regret it. Stay for the week, there is plenty to do around Arenal, do not spend hours driving that you could spend listening to the howler monkeys, watching the toucans every morning, or enjoying the oropendola living their day. ”

“Private, Bungalow type setting. The room was well equipped, with internet, air conditioning, plenty of excellent coffee on hand. Morning times were what my wife and I really enjoyed. A fantastic breakfast complete with plenty of excellent chilled, fresh fruit, and excellent company with the owner and his family. Monkey’s, Turkeys, Toucans, and a friendly little Hummingbird that would appear every morning, buzzing around close by as she enjoyed breakfast with us! Needless to say, we plan on……

“WOW! We are staying 4 nights and so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The setting is fantastic, lovely and so relaxing especially the gardens, river, pond with ducks and the refreshing covered outdoor pool. Staff Marinela & Elena are very kind, helpful and efficient. Our room is spacious but minimal storage space. Lots of free parking and safe. Delicious outdoor breakfast by Karina and Cristina. A short drive to the town center. Highly recommended!”
