"Ver few staff to help you. The quality of meals was the worst I had in decades of staying in Japan.. They charge you like a hot spring hotel but the service and both meals are way off..and it is not a hot spring hotel. Not recommendabl!"

"This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. "Super cute little hostel, though I’m sure it’d be way better in the summertime! We came in what was off-season (early April), so we basically had the place to ourselves. It was quiet, and very cold, and a lot of the businesses in the area weren’t quite open at regular hours yet, but we still enjoyed our time!
