“Suite à ma réservation pour faire une surprise à ma conjointe, j’ai eu la désagréable nouvelle de découvrir que le jacuzzi de la terrasse était vide. Nous avons essayé de communiquer pour arranger la situation avec la réception et d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais aucun geste de remboursement n’a été effectué de leur part. Aucune aide de expédia non plus.”

“I like the cleanliness of the hotel. A couple of staff do speak English. However other service staff like house keeping who brought a replacement TV remote, which did not work and the repair person came and supposely fixed it but it was still broken, could not use to change the tv channels and volume, etc. Food was not fresh and the hot food was mostly spicy for me as I cannot handle peppery spicy. I ate mostly fruits, long donut and drank soy milk. One morning I ate a rotten apple; it was……
