「We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

「The property was difficult to navigate, it has so many floors inside, it’s like a labyrinth, I booked the hotel from the US but charged me as local with 18% taxes which foreigners are exempt. The stuff did not communicate that people needed to pay for oxygen and other electric appliances and when it was the moment to check out, they charge you.
The place was ok but the bathrooms were in bad shape. The clean the rooms every day thought. The staff was nice.」

「In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location.」
