“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me……

“This was truly like a home-away-from home experience. The bed was comfy and the included breakfast was delicious and healthful and set us up for the day's excursions. Tea and coffee and filtered water were available right outside the room in a shared kitchen area -- this was much appreciated! Also, my daughter's clothes were laundered expertly -- and she had been working at an excavation site so we were very pleased with the return of very clean clothes! The hotel is quite near to the main Plaza……

“We actually didn't get to spend a lot of time at this hotel, but we cannot recommend Andenes Inca and the staff enough. Here is why. First, we had to go to Aguas Calientes (without staying at this property) because our trip to Machu Picchu from Cusco was cancelled. They offered us a partial refund after knowing our situation. They took care of our luggages for 3 days when we were gone. Second, when the process of getting tickets was very difficult, they sent us encouraging messages to stay……
