“We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across……

“Beautiful, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with some continental type items and some made to order items. The staff was very helpful especially when my daughter was struggling with altitude sickness and needed oxygen. They also helped us locate a doctor to checked out. ”

“Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. ”

“The host is awesome. Waking up early at 4am to help me store my luggage and prepare a takeaway breakfast for me for my Machu Picchu tirp! Really appreciate that!”
