"The first thing I'd like to talk about is the location. There is a bus stop nearby, and the bus is ready until 10 pm. The second thing, the room is confortable and bathroom is so clean. The last thing, there is a helpful stuff!"

"Lovely onsen, with a sauna and an outdoor garden bath. Very friendly and dedicated staff, with limited English but no communication difficulties. It's a bit far from the action in Takayama old town, but there are some superb restaurants nearby."

"Wonderful experience to stay in a temple hotel. Events, such as, prayers and meditation available in the temple for guests. Central location and walking distance to shops, restaurants and places of interest. Traditional bedroom with tatami mat floors and a zen garden in the middle. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Social area with tea, coffee, fridge, microwave etc. also available. Loved it."
