I spent two hours waiting for the staff member to locate my reservation, during which she repeatedly asserted that it was unavailable. I subsequently took a photograph of her alongside my reservation confirmation. “Great stay in a great location”

“The place was very dirty and dingy. The towels provided were only hand towels and the shower didn’t have a shower curtain so everything got wet. ”

“Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. ”

“I had an amazing stay! The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. The facilities and services made me feel right at home. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely choose this accommodation and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay experience!”

“I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you.”
