“Good location”

“A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient. However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel……

“The room was small but ok. The only big issue was the bracket for the shower head was broken which made it very hard to shower”

“The check in experience was terrible. We had trouble using the fob in the elevator. Even though it was the same fob that got us inside the building. We had misunderstood the actual address of the property - we went to 254, but the actual address was 258. This was exacerbated by the fact that the fob got us in the building. It was assumed that we would arrive by car - which would have brought us to the correct number. However we arrived by foot. The third party that this was outsourced to……

“The property manager did not contact me with the instructions to get access to the apartment. I was left with a 3-night booking, from 23rd - 26th March 2026, that could not be honoured. Then on 30th March I received an email advising the property would not be available on the dates I booked, due to "operational issues". As an unreliable service, I would never recommend this property.”
