“The staff werent to bad but the room had cockroaches, broken lights, no plug for the bath was very unclean ”

“Paid for sea view could barely see it on the corner of the small balcony. After paying for the hotel they later advice that we have to pay fee for cleaning but they only cleaned the room once they didn’t provide any cleaning service or amenities The Wi-Fi was not working on our stay, complained to the host he was rude and waste of time didn’t do anything about the matters even the cleaning staff came in our room earlier morning when we were sleeping he opened the door with his key card……

“This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to……

“The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing……
