"1 night stay clean friendly staff room was very large, room had all the things you would need large screen TV full of free movies, large bed / bathroom plenty of room service options hotel about 3min walk to station that is about 4 min to main city station. Absolutely recommend to stay at hotel."

"Decent stay. Staff was very nice. Indoor Osen was pleasant. Rooms had a gorgeous view, but bed was not very comfortable. Good stop for Nakasendo trail, but expensive for what it is in my opinion. "

"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple (green salad, two egg fries, bread with butter and jam, fruits, and a pot of coffee or black tea) but delicious. Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum. "Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "
