"Vi hade rummet närmst köket och vi hade tre kackerlackor. Två stora och en liten.
Det luktade illa på rummet.
Men personalen var trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående.
Vi fick tillbaka en del av pengarna när vi valde att checka ut tidigare. "

"Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day).
I also paid for room 202 as well and my family members also complained about noise coming from lobby staff near room 202.
