“Helpful”

“總體上講，在伊那這種小城鎮，以這個價格住這種酒店，還是基本可以接受的。酒店離火車站很近，設施比較老舊，房間里充滿了燒油的味道，只有一個公共澡堂，男女共用，18-20點女士洗漱，20-22點男士洗漱。我去的時候，有一位女客人沒有遵照女士的洗漱時間，因此我在外面等了一會才可以去洗漱。店主阿姨不會講英文，溝通稍微有些困難，但人蠻熱情。”

“The spa was highly special, unique, and magical. Our room was spectacular and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. We feel very lucky to have found this place. The food is not just dinner and breakfast, but a culinary experience. Everything tasted amazing, we tried so many new things. Highly highly recommend. ”
