"Great hotel and nice staff! "

"Nice big clean room , king bed + double. King bed was huge. Hot showers. However it was very moist in the room after a hit shower as there is no ventilation, and it's cold at night to open the windows ( it's also very moist outside as well). Food is good at restaurant. Restaurant area is nice. Property is set by the mountains in a beautiful location."

"The hotel is well center in the middle of the city, bathrooms are small and no A/C, but they have a fan that for me was sufficient, 30 min to the Termales"

"Habia una cucaracha en mi habitación y la señorita queria prestarme una escoba y recojedor para sacarla, siendo que era su responsabilidad, luego en la cama y en el piso habia no se si eran hormigas o pulgas, el baño super reducido no podias ni sentarte me tuve que sentar de lado, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, terrible les recomiendo no hospedarse aqui"
