「I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. 「I think this is a refurbished hostel. I could be wrong but it gives me hostel type of vibes. Just walking up the steps squeaking hostel hostel. However the room was quite clean. Staff was welcoming. What's up with the heating? That nor the AC didn't seem to work. Where is the sound proofing? Honestly, the location is awesome, like very awesome but that alone should not drive the price.」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the MOB hotel very much. Located at the hip area of Confluence with tramway next door, the hotel’s exterior is very contemporary and modern. 「We had a lovely stay at Charité! The hotel is basic but comfortable. Good mattress, powerful shower, effective air con and quiet rooms. Reception were super friendly (we spoke with 4 different individuals across our stay, all great) and the coffee was appreciated! The hotel was an excellent location for us and we walked most places. 「I stayed there for 3 nights. My room had 2 beds, a double and a single. From the first night I slept in a double room and was attacked by bugs, I didn't know what kind of bugs it was. Told reception the next morning and they promised they would spray the room. The same thing happened the second night, and I ended up putting the tower on the single bed to sleep」
