“Noise from the room above mine started at 11:00 p.m. and went on until 1:00 a.m. Nothing was done about it.
TV service is terrible. The guide shows around 40 channels and less than half of them were available - none were anything I wanted to watch. Last year I stayed at the same hotel and had even worse TV problems - only a handful of channels were available. I was promised a $20 refund because of it but never received the money.”

“This was probably the best hotel/room,I've ever stayed in. Everyone was nice, the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the umbrellas out by the pool were unstable and useless, and housekeeping was trying to enter the room to clean 1+ hours before check out and we weren't ready yet. Otherwise perfect stay, I'd definitely recommend and stay again!”

“I used to work at Hilton Inn. I know how to clean a room and what a clean room is supposed to look like. I was very disappointed. My shower head and drain were brown instead of the original silver it should be. My towels has brown stains all over them. My shower trickled water like a leaking hose. No pressure at all. Basically a drip for a shower. And that alone makes me give this place a negative 0. If I can't properly clean myself especially after the beach then it's a 0 for me. And I know……
