"Parking was secure with good lighting. Easy parking near motel door. Good eats nearby. A/C was good and shower and hot water was good. Staff was fantastic."

"The place was clean. It had a beautiful view! It was not cozy by any means. It felt like a hotel room. It had the bare minimum when it came to supplies. Not a single extra towel, had to use a bath towel to dry dishes. Had 2 extra pillows, but no pillow cases. No extra blankets either. No extra garbage bags, so we couldn’t even empty the garbage. There were no basic kitchen items such as salt and pepper. We just weren’t prepared. We are use to staying in places where it feels like home. "

"Everything seemed as advertised except internet wasn’t working. When alerting company we were told they’d check. We never got it working and had to leave day early due to warnings for impending storm. We were given a credit for lack of amenity without asking. "

"Location was great. Easy to beach and boardwalk 1/2 hour to Rehobeth boardwalk and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and residents super friendly The place could definitely use a spruce up and rugs replaced with floors to make for a cleaner neater apartment"

"Totally different from last year. Last year the condo was very clean. This year, The bed sheets had not been cleaned. They were rumpled and disheveled like someone slept in them. All the beds. One bed had sand on the sheets. Coffee maker was dirty and badly stained. Toaster oven was so bad it should just be tossed in the trash. Lots of stains on the furniture and carpet. Chair in bedroom was badly torn. Cleaning people left a bag a linens on the end table in living room."
