「The location was fantastic and communication with the host was very good. The garage is tiny and would not fit my mid sized suv so we had to park a few blocks away which was an inconvenience. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great stay.」

「Great location. Close to everything. Our party was 2 children and 4 adults. Kids slept on the pullout bed that was very comfy. Adults enjoyed both beds. Pillows were a little flat but bed was very comfortable. Some minor areas that were not cleaned thoroughly but didn't hinder our stay. 」

「Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again!」

「The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....
