「Staff is not flexible」

「Horrible place to stay staff don’t speak English water parks closed. Outdated 」

「Clean room, nice hotel, good breakfast, nice pool an hot tub. Very noisy guests, both nights we stayed there. We were charged more for the room then our booking through Expedia was. Don't trust Expedia no more, never know how much you will pay on your check out, I'm very disappointed 😞」

「Nice place for families to stay. Roomy and a lot of sports to offer. The rooms are adequate.. basic but it’s nice to have a full kitchen and living space. Pretty clean overall. Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. 」

「We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. 「Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
