“A very friendly staff and good location.”

“Really nice hotel within walking distance to the major attractions like Rainbow st, downtown, and the Roman theater. Big comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and plenty of space in the room. The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown ”

“The staff was great and they gave us a refund when we checked out early. Again the staff is great but the non-smoking room was filled with cigarette smoke smell and we are allergic. This is not a hotel I would say has an 8.4 review like Expedia shows. The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable and I had to wipe down all flat surfaces. The Internet was spotty but the reason we left was because of the smell.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
