“I don't know where they got this picture. This is not real. The whole place smells bad, AC don't cool even in best room in the hotel. Bathroom leaks allover. Looks like they are trying to be a 3 star place but this is a dump. I came here on US passport with Visa to visit India. They gave copies of my passport, visa and everything to police. Next evening police shows up for verification. Looks like they were looking for money. All my paperwork were true and accurate and I told them to get lost. ”

“So the property is good, very pleasant, there are great views around. The rooms are of good size, have all electronic facilities like microwave, refrigerator, oven, water heater, etc. The planning is also good. they have a sort of studio apartment style set up. The issue is with cleanliness. Often the toilets were not cleaned before the new guests came in. in some cases we found the room did not have some fittings like toilet seat cover, shampoo/shower gel dispenser. there were smells in some……

“0 service. Check in issue. Managemnet is pathetic. Staff did not deliver even basic facility of water bottles. Visiters has to take water by themselves from ground floor to 4th floor. Never recommended.”

“Very dirty cocrochies in room Bathroom very slippery that I had a fall Lost my garment in laundry; after asking several times for it they could not find it asked for refund then they found it There food is terrible.advise people not to use it. They don't give you the room shown on the website.even the television didn't work properly ”
