This is right up there on a five star hotel Taylor at the front desk could not have been more sweeter or kinder if she tried she was an ultimate bomb excellent employee.. It’s probably the only time I would ever consider taking a bath in a hotel tub it was that clean. There’s not a bad thing you can say about this place. If you see it stay there price point was on. Breakfast was absolutely a amazing room was just impeccable best place ever.”

“Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia……

“Hotel is beautiful. Property well maintained. Room was clean. Easy check in, our room was ready even though we were early. Ate at Cedric’s for lunch. Their pork burger was delicious! Took advantage of the trolley back and forth to the Biltmore Estate! ”
