“Hands down, excellent staff!! Very welcoming and accommodating. Our room had comfy but slightly squeaky beds. A hot tub, a fire place and a little porch. The view is beautiful to the west. Sadly we found a used towel in our bathroom, a used ear plug in the nightstand, the doors were worn and shut with extra force, cobwebs and ants by the hot tub. The breakfast was very scarce :( We loved the location and the grounds have so much potential with the great staff but it fell short from what we……

“I was charged $86 for incidentals after check out, though it should have been $30; no email was sent to explain. OTOH, the breakfast buffet is good and the grounds are lovely. (Be aware that, as to be expected at a hot springs, the water smells and tastes funky.)”

“Great location and nice two bedroom set up. The only negative is the furniture in the living room area; it is very uncomfortable to sit on. Very hard and the back of the sofa is very low. Not conducive to relaxing and watching television after a busy day.”

“We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect.”
