“Overall, our stay was fine. The property is in desperate need of a refresh. Everything is quite outdated; the bathroom needs support, etc. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. It is just time for a refresh!”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Will not be returning. Hotel was under construction and was not clean in the common areas as well as our own room.”

“The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.”
