「Scandinavian Lodge was a perfect location to explore Door County.
We rented a 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite. It had a full kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs.
A recliner, sofa bed, swivel rocker, coffee table and fireplace. A door went out from the living room to a patio with a picnic table. One bedroom's door went out to a patio with two chairs. The larger shower had a seat. With two pools; one outside, one inside it was perfect for families. They also had a small arcade. They supplied paper...

「This was not a luxury resort. Room option (a 2 bedroom with 2 baths was a plus) but that was about it.
Staff at the front desk (especially the morning person) not very friendly. Room needed more than daily/quick cleaning as there was a LOT of dust, spiders and even bird poop on the patio furniture.
Finally, cheap single ply toilet paper? Seriously, that doesn’t even belong in a pit toilet!」

「Staff were helpful and friendly, answered all of my many questions. They were available throughout the day.
Room was clean upon arrival.
We were given a briefing of the property at check-in and a listing of things to do in the surrounding area.
The outdoor grills also worked well.
We have stayed at this resort each of the 3 times that my family has gone to Door County since 2018 and it has always been extremely pleasant.」
