「Great location. Easy street parking if the several covered spots are full. Laundry facilities n cat door as is a small 7-11. River side is so nice. 」

「Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité des sites d'Ayutthaya. C est bien son seul point positif. Nous devions rester 2 nuits, nous en avons fait qu'une seule seule ... la literie dure comme du béton, impossible de dormir, et une propreté qui laisse à désirer. Cet endroit ne nous correspondait pas, surtout avec 2 enfants.」

「Después de haber realizado la reserva y su correspondiente pago al llegar me dijeron que estaba completo. Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...

「Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels.」
