“Was clean n neat but the breakfast was terrible. Bread was tough, orange juice was empty. Peanut butter was hard to spread. Bagels were also stiff n hard to chew.”

“The Cumberland inn and spa has so much potential… and yet they do not maintain the property in a manner required. The bed mattress was well past its lifespan with sagging areas where both of us slept, the smell of room 2 is the most awful smell of cat urine we have encountered. We ended up purchasing candles and febreeze to mark the horrible stench of the room. Lighting in the room was inadequate and made unpacking etc very difficult. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not well……
