It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. "Fantastic stay with a beautiful view over Lake Como. Quiet town that is very tranquil. One thing to be aware of is that not all ferries stop here so make sure you check time tables however the hosts were happy to help and highlight activities and times for ferries and busses. Would have loved to stay longer however it was booked out. "

"Very nice gesture to offer a free drink at the bar. The employees were very nice. Location was good because you could easily walk to many restaurants and stores. Negative point was the noise at night. If your room faces the front you will hear people on Fridays or Saturdays."

"I loved how close it was to Milan Central, right across the street. The desk staff was the best I've ever had the pleasure of using. The room was like new, on the 6th floor overlooking the train station. When I entered after a long day of travel I noticed a refrigerator with cold beer, soda and wine. Purchased a beer and wine, the price was right. The room looked brand new, loved it. The service and location were so good we changed our reservations from another hotel and booked this one next...

"I was there for business. Short staying si was good. It’s super close to Milano Centrale and main subway stations and public transport. 25 min walk to Duomo. The neighborhood right next to it is not turístic and very local. Loved it. "

"Clean and nice to have window overlooking lake. No bar for relaxing in hotel. Staff very accommodating. Weather turned to rain for couple of days and so it would have been nice to have comfortable chairs to relax in the room or a lounge that offered refreshments. Otherwise very nice and would stay there again. "
