"The main hotel looked very nice. We stayed on the beach side (300 building) and it was so outdated and completely different from the site pictures. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, floors look like they’ve had the same flat carpet for a solid 30 years, and bathroom was tiny and suspect. Will not return to the property. But the front desk girl was very nice and helpful. "

"The Spring Lake Inn is a historic property, attractive & well maintained, close to the beach. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was helpful. It would have been nice if they had a list of good recommended restaurants in the area, with contact information. We got info from Google & Trip Advisor, but we prefer local knowledge.
