"Staff very friendly and room clean. Very convenient location for railway to the city and the Sunny Coast. The toilet seat in our unit was split, both the lid and the seat itself. Also, air con didn't heat. It turned on but little air came out, and none of it warm. Also, more than one knife and fork would have been an appreciated. There was a lack of powerpoints within range of the main bed."
