“Room was not clean hair and dirt everywhere. Air conditioner didn’t get cold enough. Shower was not as advertised. The towels were rough also. ”

“Very nice hotel room and the view from our balcony was just beautiful.That being said, there were problems with the following: 1-We were there in mid May and the temperature was quite cold in the evening. There was no heat as they had switched over to air-conditioning mode. The front desk did come up with portable space heaters but it wasn't quite adequate. 2-Our shower didn't work. When we informed the front desk during checkout the next morning their response was less than adequate. They asked……

“On arrival our first room had dirty sheets so we asked to be moved. The second room has filth floors so we asked for them to be cleaned. We came back to the room after they "serviced" it, it only took a few minutes for all of our socks to be black on the bottom. The room was damp the whole time because the AC units are inefficient. The "clean" linens are kept outside on a cart with a tarp over them in the humid beach air.”
