“I’m writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. I arrived early, around 3 p.m., to double-check if my name was listed on their booking system. The hotel’s lack of a visible sign and its skeptical demeanor made me hesitant. Upon returning for check-in, I was met with a five-minute wait for a front desk representative to come from outside. They were simply hanging out, waiting to check me in after check-in. The elevator to my room took an additional 10 minutes to……

“Stains on the chair in the room, outlets hanging , wires hanging from the air conditioning and heater unit, stained shower curtain, plaster in the bathtub shower, wouldn’t even use that shower… For the 170 I paid for one night it should have been 75.00 total. Rip off ”

“All good and nice, just the lobby had coffee and water for tee but it was always empty or cold”

“The staff at this hotel were great! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The location was also great and within walking distance to lots of gems. The room however was not the best I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was questionably clean with yellow drips down all of the walls. The TV only worked part of the time, and there was no mini fridge, though I should have checked that before booking. My only window faced into someone’s apartment, but kind of to be expected since I didn’t pay more for the city……

“The room close to highway is too loud to fall asleep.”

“From when I stayed here 7 yrs ago the property needs to be updated. The rooms really need to be throughly cleaned and fixed up. It is pet friendly . The staff is great the kitchen was vleaned but was not told that I needed to bring my own pots and pans”
