"今回は素泊まりだったがホテル近くの店はなぜか月曜日休みの店が多く国道沿いのうなぎ屋まで車で行った。 朝はマックしか開いていないため中津のコメダ珈琲まで３０分かけて行きました。 温泉は夕方は地元のお客さん（法人契約？）が利用しているようで知り合いなのか話し声が大きくくつろげない。 脱衣場に椅子が二つしかなく狭すぎる。 ジムを利用したが最新マシンがありよかった。 "

"When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. Overall, the staff worked urgently to fix the issue, but it was not clear what they were doing and it...
