「Beautiful hotel! Great service! The room is very spacious with modern updates. Nice views from the balcony. The food is delicious and nicely presentable and plated well. I cant express how beautiful this hotel is. Highly recommended especially for those coming from abroad looking for comfort and modern upgrades.」

「Good location and general condition of the facility is ok.
However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel.」
