"Made reservation by mistake could not cancel after 10 minutes, could not contact anybody. Had to eat the charge. Should have a way of canceling if made by mistake within 15min? "

"Our room seemed clean at first, but we later found mold in the tub, a large hole in the bathroom ceiling (as well as a huge hole in the ceiling in the hallway), the floor was dirty and gritty, and the bed sheets had a rip. We stayed because we were at an event at the hotel, but didn't enjoy our room. The pool was located nearby and there was a student event also happening and it was very loud. Breakfast was great, but super crowded. Could be a nice place, but it's very run down."
