The pool was great but the hot tub had just been fixed for the first time in a while so it was quite cold but that was no fault of the hotel. "

"Obtained a handicap room for an 80-year-old traveler, the bathroom did not have a walk-in shower, it had a 28' step over tub for which she could not use. Absolutely a joke. The fire door to the second-floor steps was left open after repeated attempts to tell them it needs to be closed. It's a fire door. to stop the fire from leaving the floor. The back door requiring a card to enter would not shut automatically, this another security breach."
