「The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. 「We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area.
Breakfast was equallt good.
Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall...

「Add says no fees, soon as I arrived I was charged separate fee.
Add also states there is breakfast provided, there is not.
Add also states there is coffee and tea in the lobby all day.. there is not anything.
So this stay cost me 20 extra dollars every day.
100$ refund is in order.」
