德拉诺 3 星级酒店, HK$546 起

“Staff was very nice, location close to where I needed to go. Did not have time to enjoy breakfast. But the room not so great, carpet looked dirty, asked for a non- smoking room, and that room had a very nasty cigarette smell, plus hairs around the bathroom, and found some kind of debris under the sheets. I booked there because I have stayed at the one located in Madera, and it’s really nice and clean.”

“套房的沙发床是坏的”

“The staff was lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel as well. The only issue I had was my microwave in my room wasn’t functional. Which sadly put a damper on my stay considering I arrived late the night before. Other than that loved my visit.”

“the room is quite nosiy（AC unit andweird noise from the floor） and everything is old”

“The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. They said they were almost out of rooms but they could find me a room for $240. I spent the next hour trying to get through to Expedia. THEY had a record of my booking but Hampton Inn didn't care. Expedia said that maybe I would get first reservation refunded- $179. But I still had to pay the $240. When I finally gave up and……

“很棒的飯店”

“Don't like paying $10 for parking on top of room expense. Breakfast was usual small variety. Room was nice, bathroom roomy. Met some nice people.”

“no good”

“This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls.”
