"The hotel did not honour as advertised on their third party platform on Expedia about the breakfast buffet. I paid for them when I booked the reservation online. Anyways once I checked in, the receptionist told me that I did not have breakfast included. Ultimately, since it was late I could not make another reservation, I end up staying. "

"I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room.
