“ ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left……

“Great location, next to Publix, coffeehouse, eateries, shops, and can walk to the water and watch the boats. This is my second time staying at this location!”

“The staff was very attentive and courteous ! The suite was very spacious and clean ! My room was on the 22nd fl with a balcony and a great view of the city. Definitely loved the 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs the room has with the microwave and mini frig ! The Breakfast with hot and cold food options were tasty ! We also enjoyed having breakfast outside on the large balcony was a nice option ! The location was walkable to Publix and transportation. Definitely will be booking again !!”
