“This place was fantastic ”

“The balcony view was beautiful. It's open, making it easy to connect with other guests. The space is quiet, clean, and faces the mountains at the back of the property. We especially enjoyed watching the many hummingbirds at the active feeders. One downside is that there's no way to control the temperature in the room. One of us slept well, while the other woke up feeling hot. If you prefer a cooler sleeping environment, consider bringing a portable fan—and don’t forget an extension……

“It was lovely to sit on the patio overlooking the Arkansas River. Easy assess to many restaurants in the building and surrounding downtown. The property was great about communication, utilizing multiple ways to ensure check-in is seamless. ”

“The place was very nice, very comfortable beds, had all the necessary things for our family. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“We loved our weekend at Fox Den, which has the best mountain views. We didn't see any wildlife, but they are said to have bobcat, deer, elk, turkey, and even a moose family in the area! We'll just have to go back again to see the animals ;) The house is amazing and the area/property is very quiet - just what we were looking for. It's ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway. We can't recommend this destination enough!!! ”

“This is a great property with great views! The back deck that faces Mount Princeton, Antero, and Shavano is so enjoyable. The air conditioned bedrooms added a lot because the temperatures were a little warm during our stay.”
