“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“I like that it was in a casino that’s not huge and crowded, it has a Starbucks coffee shop, grill to order food from 7am-12am I believe and the 360 restaurant plus numerous nearby stores and restaurants. They do have a business center with 2 computers and a printer open 24/7. That’s the most liked things I can come up with besides staff is friendly especially house keepers, they go above and beyond, give you hope that people do still care and customer service hasn’t completely left our society……

We immediately contact the front desk and a maintenance person did a poor a very poor job fixing the issue. In fact, my inquired how a recently renovated room did not include replacement of what appeared to be very aged slinding shower doors and we was informed by the maintenance person that the shower was……
