「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The resort was very clean and the rooms are a nice size. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a small meal. The people are the best part. They have a great team there. We had an excellent stay and hope we can return in the future. 」

「Lovely hotel with very spacious rooms. The beach is beautiful, and the beach staff are incredible—always quick and efficient with umbrellas and loungers; I never had to wait a minute! Check-in was fast and smooth. But I arrived around 6 PM due to heavy traffic from the airport. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making it easy to reach Philipsburg or Marigot only for $2 . The drivers are very friendly, and the local people are always ready to give helpful advice, sightseeing...
