“the staff was very unprofessional and not trained properly i booked 2 suite rooms and i got one suite room and one standard room. also they forced my kids to stay at 3rd floor and parents at 5th floor without parental attention or they asked me to stay all in one room despite booking 2 suite rooms (they sold my rooms to someone else it seems ) had to wait fir 1.30 hours to get my room key overall a very good property at very good location with worst customer service never recommend……

“All good ”

“Excellent”

“ Beautiful. Serene. Great place for those that enjoy being amidst the nature. The staff were friendly and ready to assist. ”

“They have renovations going on so hopefully it’ll get better after that”

“Very nice resort. We stayed in the earth room which was surprisingly cool without the presence of air conditioner. We loved the concept. The room was very spacious and everything was so thoughtfully designed to keep ecofriendly theme in mind. Loved the overall experience.”

“Veldig hyggelig personale, alle var hjelpsomme og hyggelige”

“Other then staff and their helping nature nothing is good rooms are not well maintained neither clean, amenities are of no use and not maintained and above all food is pathetic but expensive”
