“Perfect ”

“The hotel is maintained nicely and it is visually appealing. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Our coffee maker wasn’t working and a maintenance member brought a replacement within ten minutes. He waited to be sure it would work, while I tried ti make a cup. It didn’t, so I’m glad he stayed. He gladly went and secured a brand new coffee maker and more coffee supplies which worked well. That was great customer service. ”

“I was torn between 4 and 5 stars but I decided to go generous with 5 stars. There were a few hairs in the bathroom when we arrived... one on the toilet, a few in the shower... that stuff kinda grosses me out... but otherwise, it was a good stay. Nice staff, small breakfast selection but enough to fill you up. ”

“The staff were so welcoming! It felt as though we were being welcomed as an awaited guest. Carol and Rebecca are absolutely ambassadors of the brand! We absolutely look forward to staying at this property again in the future! The room was good-sized, parking was easy, and the bathwater was HOT. The room was a little worn, but CLEAN. Convenient to coffee shop and restaurants nearby. ”
