"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. "

"Nothing. It’s very eh down. Boasts a restaurant but there is none. Breakfast included - that’s a joke, there’s no breakfast. Terribly overpriced through Orbitz - about 500 baht at the propert, 725 baht through Orbitz. No way is it value for money. Scruffy, dirty, dilapidated. Poor service. A terrible stay. Avoid!!"
