“My partner and I had a wonderful time! We stayed from Wednesday to Friday, and the street noise very minimal. The front desk agent, Merry, was so funny and kind and gave us an upgrade since it was available! She also told us what was going on around the Gaslamp Quarter and was very helpful during our stay. The valet was also insanely helpful whenever I left items in my car and they happily grabbed them for me! Our stay was nothing short of amazing!”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful but one minor complaint about the wifi connection though. Wifi couldn't be connected to laptop and cell phone at the same time in my room which was a bit inconvenient. After all, it was a pleasant stay.”
