"I really liked the location and the peacefulness. By far the best part was the staff. The front desk employees handled the check-in and check-out very quickly and courteously. The restaurant staff were also excellent. The breakfast food tasted great, but everything was super cold. The hotel truly needs to invest in buying food warmers. It is a shame to have a beautifully cooked breakfast served cold. The room was spacious and very very clean. The refrigerator and coffee pot worked...

"The hotel is located in front of the newly opened Savemore Mabuhay branch. This hotel is an event venue so most of its area is "instagramable". Their room is well lighted and clean. The only problem is the water pressure. It is so low, that's why we had to adjust the heater all the time. Overall we had a great stay."

"Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown...

"No water at the faucet"

"No ice, and no refrigerator. NO ice container. Our first room had a black floor. Cannot see the dirt, changed rooms. In sufficient hot water. Don;t recommend this hotel."

"I just wished there had been a bidet in the bathroom and that there had been a sort of division on the floor between the shower area and the toilet. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience."

"No tissue in the toilet, noisy air condition. Smells like mold. Mirror is had a red spot. There's a bug or mosquitoes flying in the toilet so I had to close the door."
